Don Baxter has been involved in the field of software and systems management for the past 13 years. He is presently a Senior Account Manager at Distributive Management, where he provides measurement and metrics solutions. He is privileged to work with leading technology companies to deploy quantitative measurement and management systems. His career includes a wide range of program management functions within the defense department and government, including the U.S. Navy’s AEGIS combat system, various weapon systems, NASA and the U.S. Army. He gained experience in all aspects of systems and software development, including configuration management (CCB/CRB), test planning/coordination, budgeting and estimation and requirements engineering.
Mr. Baxter has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, and a Master Degree in Information Technology Management from George Washington University (1987).
