Large organizations are increasingly adopting Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions to help manage projects across the enterprise. PPM solutions provide ready access to key project information, allowing executives to make better decisions in selecting and managing projects and allocating resources.

Mike Mahaney, PMP, is Practice Manager for Project and Portfolio Solutions at Axis Group, a New Jersey-based consulting firm. His current efforts are focused on guiding customers in the use of CA’s Clarity Project and Portfolio Management system at several large pharmaceutical and financial services organizations.

Mike is an experienced PMO head and program manager with 20 years of experience in diverse industries including technology, manufacturing, construction, and the military. He has a deep familiarity with the project and portfolio management tools and governance processes needed to achieve value in today’s technology-driven world.
