Rarely do project managers have the luxury of managing only one project. To concisely explain the status and health of many projects, benchmarking and scorecards are essential tools. Learn the basics of how to select useful metrics for a scorecard, to set realistic benchmarks, monitor progress, and report results. This presentation will draw on years of real-life experience creating measurement systems for many, dissimilar projects. Examples will be drawn from Information Technology, Facilities Renovation, Operational Improvement, Marketing, and other financial services examples.
