About the Presenter
Andrew C. Marshall (Drew) is a Partner and Chief Innovation Officer of Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. (KT) His primary focus is on managing the service and solution design and development for KT
and installing project management systems supporting strategy implementation. Other areas of focus include: organizational process analysis and change management, organizational
communication systems design, and critical thinking skills transference in client organizations. Drew has previous management experience in the software industry, retail and service industries, and has also worked in education and manufacturing. He holds bachelor of arts degree and a graduate diploma of education from the University of Western Sydney in Sydney Australia, a master of arts in whole systems design from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington, and is a certified Project Management Professional. He is currently Chair of the PMI Consulting SIG.
